Our story

Built from delivery, not slideware

Durga Analytics grew out of hands-on delivery in the hardest corners of enterprise technology - energy trading and risk, governed data platforms, and AI under regulatory scrutiny. The through-line is simple: advice should be backed by the ability to build, and software should encode what the field actually taught us.

That is why we operate across four pillars - consulting, enterprise software, professional training, and research - rather than one. Each reinforces the others: consulting reveals the product gaps, products sharpen the consulting, and training turns both into lasting capability inside client teams.

Founder & CEO

Over two decades building and leading data platforms, analytics, and trade-risk systems for BFSI, energy trading (ETRM), and retail, across Fortune 500 firms in the UK, EU, and US, alongside startups and public-sector programs. Most recently VP and Data Solution Architect at a global banking platform, with earlier ETRM and capital-markets architecture for ADNOC, ENI, and Centrica.

Archana Jha

Co-Founder & COO

More than a decade in BFSI, data, and AI consulting, delivering risk management, compliance, customer analytics, and trading-system programs for global clients. Before co-founding the firm she advised clients on large-scale data modernization and analytics over many years as an independent ETRM data and AI consultant. She oversees strategy, operations, and partnerships.
