About the Role
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Endur Trainer to deliver structured, role-based, instructor-led training programs for energy and financial institutions. You will be responsible for facilitating hands-on sessions, mentoring participants, and supporting learners across all levels—Foundation to Specialist Tracks—within the OpenLink Endur (ETRM) platform.
This role is ideal for a seasoned Endur consultant or developer with a passion for teaching and the ability to explain complex workflows in a simple, engaging way.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Endur training across different levels and modules using real-world examples
- Customize delivery based on participant roles: BAs, Devs, Risk Analysts, Testers, Schedulers
- Conduct hands-on labs using Endur sandbox, SQL, IntelliJ, and custom scripts
- Support training evaluation through quizzes, project reviews, and capstone simulations
- Stay updated with latest Endur versions (v21–v25), cloud deployment practices, and trends
- Coordinate with course operations for smooth virtual/classroom delivery
Who Should Apply
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with OpenLink Endur (v14 and above)
- Expert in trade lifecycle, AVS scripting, OpenComponents, risk management, and Connex
- Experience in mentoring or training ETRM professionals (structured delivery is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business audiences
- Domain familiarity in energy/commodity trading (gas, power, crude, derivatives)

- IntelliJ / Eclipse for scripting labs
- Project templates, quizzes, test data, reporting dashboards
