Master program · Risk, Controls & Surveillance

Issue the attribute. Track the claim. Retire it credibly.

Master energy attribute markets end to end: RECs, Guarantees of Origin and I-RECs, issuance and registry operations, tracking and transfer, matching and cancellation, hourly versus annual claims, corporate PPAs and the trading and control questions that decide whether a green claim survives audit.

REC · GO · I-REC · Registries · Matching · Retirement · Claims & assurance

130 chapters · 12 modules · Python + SQL labs · one continuous case · end-to-end capstone

How it is built

Cumulative, not modular

Chapter 130 should be impossible to complete properly without the artefacts built in the chapters before it. The programme follows one continuous fictional firm, NorthStar Energy Trading, so relationships between trades, positions, agreements, exposures and decisions accumulate rather than reset.

The learning chain

Generation → Issuance → Registry → Transfer → Trading → Matching → Cancellation → Claim → Disclosure → Assurance

The technical build

Generation register → Issuance model → Registry ledger → Transfer engine → Matching engine → Retirement tracker → Claim calculator → Attribute platform

NorthStar Energy Trading is a fictional firm created for teaching. It does not describe any real company, person or investigation.
